Once you have placed your order, we will send a confirmation email to you, which includes identification of the items purchased, details of your purchased products, your shipment address and the total price.
Failure to receive this confirmation email may be due to a temporary communications problem with the network or a mistake in writing the e-mail address given. In both cases, please send email to our Customer Service Centre firstname.lastname@example.org. Fiber2c reserves the right not to accept your order in the event, in the case of your payment failure, or that the item ordered is out of stock. If your orders are out of stock, we will send email to you and any payments will be refunded if the payment was already processed.
